What we kept seeing
Good businesses running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp orders, and tools that don't talk to each other. Information gets re-typed, stock goes out of sync, and the people doing the work lose hours to it every week.

Why the usual options fall short
Most vendors are either purely local or fully offshore. Generic software rarely fits how work actually runs here, from mobile money to patchy connectivity, and offshore teams hand off and disappear.

Start from how the work actually happens, then design software, AI, and infrastructure around it. Build carefully, in regular check-ins, and stay involved after launch instead of handing over and walking away.
