Yes. Support plans cover monitoring, updates, backups and an agreed amount of support time, priced to your systems.
Can you help us comply with data-protection law?
We help you prepare technically: data mapping, security controls and documentation. For formal legal advice or registration with Kenya's ODPC or Rwanda's NCSA, we work alongside qualified legal professionals.
Can you support systems another company built?
Yes. We start with a review, then take over maintenance once we understand the setup.
